Keith D. Routsong
Fortress Law & Realty is a company founded by Keith D. Routsong, a licensed attorney and real estate salesperson. Fortress provides exceptional service whether it be in purchasing or selling a home, conducting probate sales, or in providing an attorney’s expertise in legal matters related to real estate. Keith is able to offer many additional legal services with which he has extensive experience such as estate planning, probate administration, powers of attorney, and changes to legal names and gender markers.
As an Attorney, Keith has been involved in contested probate, trust, and guardianship matters. He has also participated extensively in preparing and litigating contested issues before the Nevada 8th Judicial District Probate Court and Family Court. He has previous experience in business litigation, creditor negotiations, probate sales, and settlement proceedings.
In association with Keller Williams, a prominent Las Vegas real estate brokerage, Keith is able to provide all the services of a real estate salesperson with the added knowledge and expertise of an attorney. Additionally, Keith completed a special emphasis in real estate transactions during his legal education and is fluent in Portuguese.

My wife and I have moved between many states throughout the course of our education including Utah, Colorado, and Nebraska. After spending years transitioning between so many different homes, my family and I were pleasantly surprised to find Las Vegas an ideal place for us to finally put down roots.
I have two young daughters with whom I enjoy spending as much of my time as possible. Outside of work I unwind by reading, expanding and enjoying an already extensive movie collection, and finding new ways to enjoy the outdoors with my family.
As an attorney with experience and specialized education in real estate matters and with the addition of a real estate license, my goal is to help my clients find their perfect place in the Las Vegas Valley and to provide them with the top notch legal services they deserve.
